Same Great Workout, Convenient New Location!

East Yorba Linda residents, we're happy to announce we will be offering classes at Box Canyon Park on Tuesday and Thursday mornings starting December 1st. Join us at 9:15 am for a fun workout with your kiddos! Box Canyon has a great playground for the kids to play after class.

New members can enjoy a preview class at no charge. If you join that day you will receive half off the membership fee. Stroller Strides provides mothers physical activity as well as social support for new and expecting moms. Join us today!
