We happily offer Stroller Strides classes six days a week to all our members. When attending class please remember to bring water and a towel or mat for ab exercises and stretching.

At each location we meet at the playground. Please arrive 10 minutes early before your first class to allow time for registration and any questions you might have for our instructors.

PLUM MOM'S CLUB ACTIVITIES
The Fullerton, Placentia and Yorba Linda locations have playgroup once a week.


We offer several programs in addition to Stroller Strides to assist women at every stage of motherhood.

BODY BACK PROGRAM
Body Back® is the newest program release from Stroller Strides' founder Lisa Druxman. It is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with Lisa's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and workout DVDs, you have a surefire combination for success. Body Back is for moms only.

FIT4BABY
Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only.

L.E.A.N. MOMMY CLASS
L.E.A.N. (Learn Eating Awareness and Nutrition) is an 8-week lifestyle weight management program designed to help you achieve a balanced body and a balanced mind. L.E.A.N. is based on a very positive, empowering approach to health. Using behavior and cognitive modification, stress reduction and social support, clients discover how to take the power out of food, and get off the diet cycle for life. This program gives women the tools they need to make healthy, positive changes in their lives.
